This is an advanced, responsible professional position providing direct therapeutic services to identified mental health and substance abuse clients. The therapist will be responsible for mainaining patient care in accordance wih program guidelines and external standards (Joint Commission, Medicaid, etc.). The therapist will provide clinical services specifically psychosocial assessmens and treament planning to the following populace: individual, family and group therapy to children, adolescent, and adults.
Must have Florida License (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT). Bilingual (English-Spanish) is recommended. Computer knowledge should include Microsoft applications (Word, Excel) and Electronic Medical Records experience helpful. May provide clinical oversight in a multidisciplinary team.
Must be capable of lifting 50 pounds of dead weight alone. May be required to complete standing presentations involving speaking and listening to audience.
General office and health care setting. May be required to travel within Hillsborough County via agency vehicle or personal vehicle to provide services in a community setting. Most work completed while seated using standard office equipment. Multi-tasking, fast paced, team approach requiring above average time management skills.
Provides exceptional custom service in all communications and interactions with staff, general public. Maintains confidentiality and remains calm under stress.

- Masters degree in a human service discipline such as social work, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, etc. plus 2 years relevant post-graduate work experience. Florida licensure is required.
