|Title:||I.T. Help Desk - Entry Level [Part-time]|
Assist in the Information Technology Help Desk and daily operations such as trouble shooting all agency Cisco IP phones, desktop computers, printers, scanners and fax machines. This position reports directly to the I.T. Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS: Enrolled and working towards an Information Technology degree or related field at a minimum. Knowledgeable of troubleshooting PC hardware and software configurations, MS Office Suite and software products. General knowledge of I.T. network environments. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to type 35 wpm.
