The Program Manager is to ensure that the assigned program is in compliance with state license regulations, Joint Commission, DCF/ADM contract requirements, Gracepoint policies and program level operational procedures. Responsible for the operations, management, and development of assigned program. Functions include program planning, implementation and evaluation; supervision all program staff and activities; supervision of line staff and support staff; preparation and management of budgets; interviewing, hiring and delegation of responsibilities to staff; preparing administrative reports and grant proposals; coordinating program activities wih other community agencies. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Services related field from an accredited college or university. Four to six years in human service/behavioral health experience. Masters degree can substitute for two years of related experience. Previous management experience required, case management experience preferred. Prefer applicants who are licensed or are licensed eligible. Knowledge of direct services, including relevant DSM 5 diagnosis and symptomatology. Knowledge of administration/supervision/and business management. Ability to read, write, analyze and interpret clinical records, procedures, or governmental regulations. Valid Florida drivers license, insurance and reliable transportation. Must be capable of lifting 50 pounds of dead weight alone. May be required to complete standing presentations involving speaking and listening to audience. Work in various settings: interface with community agencies as appropriate, client homes in a variety of socioeconomic neighbor hoods; hospital based environment with direct exposure to clients.
