Maintains efficient operation and upkeep of property buildings and grounds in a supportive role.
Minimum of high school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one year experience. Must be able to read, write and comprehend verbal and written instructions.
Must be able to lift twenty pounds on a consistent basis.
Flexible schedule and reliable.
Must be a fast pace worker and work well with others.
General climate-controlled health care setting. Most work completed while standing/sitting.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Assist in the preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
Responsible for the daily upkeep of the laundry room and common areas of property buildings.
Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.
Responsible for thorough knowledge of management company policies and property community.
Assist rental agent with mail outs, flyers, community events, etc.
Responsible for courteous, efficient response at all times.
CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Provides exceptional customer service in all communications and interactions with staff, general public.
Maintains confidentiality and remains calm under stress.
Maintains and exhibits leadership qualities.
