The Coffee Shop - Homeless Outreach & Engagement Center:
Provides showers, laundry, case management, mailing address, medical services and someone to care
Network Project:
Street outreach to homeless individuals and short-term case management for those with a mental health diagnosis
Housing First Program:
Partnership with Steps Forward and Hillsborough County to provide apartment homes for chronically homeless people to include on-site support services (therapist & case management).
PHAME:
Permanent supportive housing for chronically homeless individuals with serious persistent mental illness
Supportive Housing
Housing, case management, and supportive services for those with physical and/or mental health disabilities.
