BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

Your Are Not Alone

“We know this is a difficult time for many, and we want to be here for you. Offering outpatient and psychiatric care in-person as well as virtually by phone, tablet or computer has provided opportunities for people to continue to receive treatment. Now, more than ever, in an environment of increasing anxiety, depression, and panic, mental well-being must be a priority. Please let us know how we can help.”

Maurice Lelii, LMHC Director of Outpatient

Outpatient Treatment for Adults and Children

At Gracepoint, our behavioral health team of psychologists, psychiatrists, clinical social workers, licensed mental health counselors, and credentialed alcohol and substance use counselors work with patients of all ages to diagnose and treat mental health conditions with respect and dignity.

Our behavioral health and primary care clinicians work together as one team to make sure you get the comprehensive care you need, regardless of your insurance status or ability to pay. We can also refer you to specialists outside our network of care to make sure you get any specialized care you need. If needed, crisis services are available to all our patients, provided by our same great team of clinicians.

We offer comprehensive outpatient clinical care for individuals trying to overcome significant life challenges like depression, loss, anxiety, anger, family problems, and more. Through individual, family and group sessions, our licensed therapists will provide evidenced based treatment to help you on your path to wellness.

Gracepoint counseling services begin with a comprehensive assessment to best determine your individual needs. Then we work together to create a treatment plan that will help you meet your goals. Board certified adult psychiatrists oversee the care you receive.

  • On-site pharmacy (ask about our medication delivery program)

Group Therapy

In addition to traditional outpatient individual therapy, Gracepoint offers a variety of groups.

Group members experience emotional support, empathic understanding, and supportive encouragement from one another. Individuals can increase self-confidence and learn from others that are also challenged in similar ways. Group therapy can provide a sense of feeling less alone. Call 813.272.2244 to schedule.

Orientation Booklet

Behavioral health impacts everyone – and just like your medical health, whether you need care depends on what’s going on in your life. Therapists can help with managing stress, family and life changes, depression, disordered eating, chronic diseases, anxiety, trauma, and many other challenges that come from just living your life. The therapists work collaboratively with you and your primary care provider to support you in your behavioral health needs and with a multi-disciplinary team of professional, paraprofessionals and lay workers, including RN’s, LPN’s, care coordinators, pharmacists, and wellness coaches.
Our therapists jump-start the road to recovery by providing the tools and appropriate level of care needed to make tomorrow better than today.
